Coffee Course - Milan
The course is dedicated to all coffee lovers who want to know more about this drink. The course, held by the Coffee Specialists of MUMAC Academy, includes both a theoretical introduction and a practical part of sensory analysis. During the day there is also a visit to the MUMAC, Museum of the Coffee Machine of Cimbali Group.
COURSE PROGRAM:
- short theoretical introduction on coffee
- practice on grinding and extraction of the correct espresso
- MUMAC tour
- sensorial analysis
- different methods of coffee extraction and extraction practice
