A course on the sensory analysis of Italian espresso held by the IIAC ( Istituto Internazionale Assaggiatori Caffè ), which gives participants the chance to become tasters and learn how to evaluate one of the best loved beverages in the world.
The one-day course alternates theory with practical sensory analysis and is concluded with a test for those who wish to become licensed coffee tasters.
