A course that merges theoretical knowledge with practical application as a way to learn all there is to know about coffee, starting from its origin and ending at crafting the perfect Italian espresso.
Course objectives are as follows:
• learn about coffee and its production chain;
• adapt a work method which allows for the correct grinder setting to make the perfect espresso;
• grasp the various extraction methods relating to coffee consumption in the world;
• understand how to operate an organized and ergonomic workspace that favors continuous speed and quality.
