The course explains how to start evaluating the economic, social and environmental sustainability of projects, companies or institutions, but also of the coffee sector in general. It is designed for coffee newbies or those who have been working in this field for a long time and want to have a broader view on the sustainability of the value chain, such as:
• operators;
• small farmers and large producers;
• bartenders and sales staff;
• green coffee buyers;
• club owners;
• coffee roasters;
• traders;
• technicians;
• NGO workers.
The aim is to teach that sustainability in coffee is a unique but not unattainable challenge, and to clarify ideas on how to take the first steps in each specific context.
