Espresso Italiano Specialist is a journey into the history, anthropology and technology of the Italian coffee par excellence: the espresso. A drink so complex, and backed with such a solid history, requires both technical and sensorial preparation. This course begins with the history of the beloved espresso and continues with the exploration of its many styles and various blends. It examines
other technical aspects like water, grinding and espresso machine brewing, leading up to the Italian cappuccino. An indispensable know-how for the professional behind the bar.
To enroll in the M2 course you must first obtain M1 – Espresso Italiano Tasting certification.
