This course is dedicated to sensory analysis, a key metric for assessing coffee quality. Coffee is a complex solution made up of different flavors, aromas and textures. The goal of the first practical and interactive level of the course is to provide guidance in using the senses to perceive, distinguish and describe these factors in coffee.
