\u201cIt\u2019s Only Roast \u2018N\u2019 Brew (But I Like It)\u201d is the new custom roaster format that MUMAC Academy is launching at the World of Coffee in Milan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MUMAC Academy will participate at the World of Coffee in Milan with a series of Italian and international roasters at the Gruppo Cimbali stand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coffee experts and specialty lovers, the roasters will tell their story and explain their philosophy using high-performance, top-of-the-range products such as LaCimbali M200 Profile, Faema E71E, Slayer Espresso and Steam LP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme includes roasteries headed by award-winning figures such as R.D. Coffee, run by D\u00e9nes Rajmond<\/strong>, the national cup taster champion in Germany, who is competing at the WOC for the world title, The Underdog<\/strong>, an Athens-based team of national and world champion baristas in various disciplines, BOB Coffee Lab<\/strong> from Bucharest with Alexandru Niculae, 2016 world roasting champion, and Peacocks Coffee<\/strong> led by Italian champion barista Matteo Pavoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event will also feature the team from Kahiwa Roastery<\/strong>, a Finnish roastery co-owned by renowned Formula 1 driver Valtteri Bottas, along with His Majesty The Coffee<\/strong> run by MUMAC Academy ambassador Paolo Scimone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will also be latte art demonstrations on the LaCimbali S60 with our ambassador Manuela Fensore<\/strong>, the reigning world latte art champion and coach of Carmen Clemente<\/strong> who will compete in the WOC world championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event will be held from 23 to 25 June at the MiCo in Milan, at the Gruppo Cimbali stand, Hall 03 \u2013\u00a0stand H3 \u2013\u00a0S06.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
