{"id":5788,"date":"2023-06-08T17:48:15","date_gmt":"2023-06-08T15:48:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mumacacademy.com\/?p=5788"},"modified":"2023-06-08T17:49:32","modified_gmt":"2023-06-08T15:49:32","slug":"mumac-academy-woc-athens-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mumacacademy.com\/en\/events\/mumac-academy-woc-athens-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"MUMAC ACADEMY @WOC ATHENS 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldofcoffee.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World of Coffee<\/a>, which this year will take place in Athens from June 22-24, 2023, is very close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this awaited event, the MUMAC Academy format <strong>\u201cIt\u2019s Only Roast \u2018N\u2019 Brew (But I Like It)\u201d<\/strong> is back: the program tailor-made for roasters launched last year at the very World of Coffee in Milan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MUMAC Academy will be present at World of Coffee Athens with a schedule of Italian and international roasters on Gruppo Cimbali&#8217;s booth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experienced but above all coffee enthusiasts and specialty lovers, the roasters will have the opportunity to tell their story and philosophy, driving top-of-the-line products such as LaCimbali M200, Faema E71E and the exclusive Faemina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program includes roasteries headed by figures such as Matteo Pavoni&#8217;s <strong>Peacocks Coffee<\/strong>, an Italian micro-roastery in the province of Monza and Brianza that guarantees a traceable and sustainable product; Emanuele Bernabei&#8217;s <strong>Picapau Coffee Roastery<\/strong>, a micro-roastery and at the same time a training school, a Roman reality born with the aim of spreading and promoting coffee according to an innovative vision, based on transparency and environmental and social sustainability; Davide Roveto&#8217;s <strong>Caff\u00e8 Cognetti<\/strong>, established in 1997 in the heart of Bari and featuring a range of top-quality products divided into the home line, dedicated to domestic use, the Horeca line with four different blends, and the line dedicated to Specialty coffee; <strong>Hi Ko Fi Coffee Roasters<\/strong>, a Slovenian coffee roasting company founded in 2018; <strong>Garage Coffee Bros<\/strong>, an artisanal coffee roasting company located in Verona and passionate about Specialty coffee, focusing on quality and sustainability. Roaster Davide Cobelli is the 2020 National Roasting Champion; <strong>Caf\u00e9 Lihue<\/strong>, a micro-roastery established in France in 2017;<strong> Sproud<\/strong>, a company that produces plant-based drinks and cares about sustainability, and many others like <strong>States of Coffee<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>SO Coffee Roasters<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Sloane Coffee<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Coffee Collective<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Nudo Kopi Roasters<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>SENSUM by Amapola<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will be held from 22 to 24 June at the Athens Metropolitan Expo, at the Gruppo Cimbali stand, Hall 3, stand n\u00b0 3-H10.
