Following the success of the recipe book for the LaCimbali S15, MUMAC Academy, Gruppo Cimbali’s Coffee Machine Academy, which has been promoting coffee culture worldwide since 2014, is presenting an extension of its range with eight new recipes designed to be made with the LaCimbali S20 Fresh Brew, which brings the brand into a market segment not related to espresso dispensing for the first time.
Eight original and creative ideas for enjoying the pleasure of coffee both hot and ‘cold’, in combination with unusual ingredients. Specially designed recipes for different contexts in which the excellence of the coffee experience is a must for consumers: in the office, in the gym or on the beach!
The new recipes, designed to enhance the functions of the new S20 Fresh Brew, are included in the brand new MUMAC Academy digital recipe book.
The latest addition to the fully automatic range was presented at HOST 2021 and allows you to choose between two dispensing groups with different temperatures so you can enjoy your Fresh Brew either hot or cold with added ice. Moreover, by simply activating the short mode option, you can also add milk or cream, if provided by the location, to give your drink even more flavour.
