MUMAC Academy offers specific courses centered around coffee and latte art dedicated to Italian Hotel Management Schools (Istituti Alberghieri) and Professional Training Centers. In collaboration with Illycaffè, Gruppo Cimbali also promotes the “Maestri dell’Espresso Junior” contest for Sala Bar students.

At the MUMAC Academy, you can also find modules of the Specialty Coffee Association’s (SCA) Coffee Skills Program, the Coffee Sustainability Program, the Arabica Q-Grader course and attain certifications in the Latte Art Grading System.
