The Barista Skills Foundation module of the Coffee Skills Program is the first level of basic training, recommended for those getting acquainted with the coffee world and for those that want to learn the techniques to improve their skills behind the bar.
The course mainly focuses on proper organization in the workspace, the correct adjustment of the grinder and the how to make the perfect of espresso and cappuccino.
