This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of coffee, from its origins to the cup.
During the session, MUMAC Academy’s Coffee Specialists will guide participants through a theoretical and practical journey: a brief introduction to the world of coffee will be followed by hands-on activities focused on espresso preparation and sensory analysis.
Through an experiential approach, participants will have the opportunity to understand the key factors that influence espresso quality and develop greater sensory awareness, enhancing both technique and tasting experience.
