Latte Art – Rome
A practical and intensive course designed to develop precision, control, and confidence in milk texturing and pouring. The program covers fundamental techniques to achieve a silky, uniform microfoam, essential for high-quality Latte Art.
Through guided exercises, participants will learn to create the main basic patterns, such as the heart, tulip, and rosetta, improving coordination, consistency, and presentation in the cup. Ample time will be dedicated to correcting common mistakes and standardizing results during service.
