Managing a commercial business requires skills ranging from knowledge of regulations to menu innovation, from choosing the most suitable technologies to the ability to respond effectively to the needs of an ever-evolving customer base.
This course offers a practical and up-to-date overview to confidently approach the world of contemporary coffee shops, exploring the main topics related to managing this type of business, with a hands-on, business-oriented focus.
Written and delivered by Davide Roveto, Trainer and Ambassador of MUMAC Academy, as well as the owner of a micro-roastery and two venues in the center of Bari, the training program combines hands-on experience with a strategic vision.
During the session, key aspects will be covered, such as:
- the evolution of the coffee shop menu and the introduction of new ingredients,
- the selection of the most suitable technologies and equipment,
- the main economic and managerial elements for sustainable and profitable operations.
The course is intended for:
- those who wish to open a coffee shop or venue,
- those who already manage a business and want to improve its organization and results,
- industry professionals interested in updating their skills.
No minimum level of experience is required.
