This is the highest training level dedicated to professionals who have passed the first two modules and already have a concrete amount of experience in the sector.
Throughout the course, students will:
• understand the chemical/physical reactions that take place during roasting;
• assess different roasting profiles through sensory analysis;
• monitor and achieve the same bean color with different roasting times;
• acquire in-depth knowledge of green coffee.
