This is the course on LaCimbali technology with a focus on the M100 and versions M100 HD, M100 RE, M100ì and the new M100 attiva.
Each lesson will explore the following topics:
• the classic extraction of espresso;
• HD technology, which enhances the qualities of the coffee by using variable pressure;
• Turbo Milk technology of the M100ì for high performance preparation of coffee and hot or cold milk-based beverages.

The team at MUMAC Academy is out with Milkì Mix, a book of coffee recipes for cold milk-based beverages, with the goal to offer true taste experiences around the M100ì.
