The highest level of the SCA Green Coffee training module targeted at professionals who have been working in close contact with green coffee for over a year. This complex training module recommended for those who have successfully completed the intermediate course. Green Coffee Professional prepares students for managerial positions in the coffee industry by closely examining topics that range from harvest management, storage, coffee quality and transportation through to stock market trading, risks and bonds.
