It all starts with green coffee beans. The Green Coffee Foundation module of the SCA Coffee Skills Program is a course that examines some of the key concepts of green coffee. It is a journey that follows the coffee bean from the plant through to its arrival at the coffee manufacturer: cultivation, selection, processing, transportation and storage.
Through this training, course aimed for baristas, roasters, micro roasters and enthusiasts, you will understand how the origin, the various processes and the defects of coffee all decisively impact the final result in your cup.
