Workshop “Tea Sensory Skills” - online

This course is in Italian.

Learn the art of tea tasting as a fundamental tool for recognizing aromas and flavors, evaluating product quality, and making informed choices. Through guided tastings of different types of tea, you will learn to identify their differences and build an olfactory and gustatory memory—essential for navigating the world of tea, whether for personal passion or professional purposes. The course will guide you step by step through the criteria for evaluating tea, training your senses and refining your analytical skills.
