The new chapter celebrates the M100 range, the symbol of LaCimbali espresso, synonymous with elegance and high performance. The programme opens with an e-learning course dedicated to customers: following an initial introductory overview of botany, green coffee, and coffee processing and roasting, the product training turns its focus to LaCimbali’s heating systems and offers practical video lessons on TDA, GTA and HDA technologies. It will also include an in-depth look at the contemporary café menu and new trends, concluding with equipment cleaning and maintenance.
