The highest level of the training module dedicated to sensory skills suitable for expert baristas who have already completed previous levels and for professionals in the sector who want to specialize their skills.
The goal of the course is to provide the necessary skills to :
• identify the qualities of green and roasted Specialty Coffees;
• assess them through repeatable and methodical analyses;
• interpret the results obtained.
