Coffee Sustainability Program Foundation - SCA

The course begin assessing the economic, social and environmental sustainability of projects, companies or institutions, but also of the coffee sector in general. It is designed for those newly entering in the world of coffee or for who works in the field already and wants to have a wider view on the sustainability of the value chain including:
• operators;
• small farmers and large producers;
• baristas and salespeople;
• green coffee buyers;
• owners in hospitality;
• coffee roasters;
• merchants;
• technicians;
• NGO operators.

The goal is to teach that sustainability in coffee is a unique, but not an unattainable challenge, and to clarify ideas on how to take the first steps within each specific context.
