A guided tasting experience exploring the pairing of loose-leaf teas and chocolates from different parts of the world. During the workshop, you will try 3 pairings, guided step by step by Tea Taster Elisa Moratello, and learn the fundamental principles of pairing tea with food — principles that can be applied in any context.
You will learn to recognise unexpected aromas and nuances, far removed from mass-market products. You will discover the origins of tea and chocolate and learn how to taste them both individually and together. You will also explore the correct techniques for tasting tea and chocolate separately and in pairing.
A moment of learning and discovery to enjoy on your own or to share with someone special.
